How To Avoid This - Ask to see current copies of ALL Insurance - Workman's comp - Liability...etc!! If you don't ask they probably won't show!

Question #2 - "How much can my price change between estimate and completion of my Painting Job?" - This is important! You have to be careful for Denver Painting Companies that give you a very low estimate so that they "win" your job with the lowest bid. Then half way through the job after you have already paid your deposit or maybe the FULL payment - you are pretty much forced to pay more money - Again - with this economy there are desperate people trying to take short cuts.

How to Avoid This: Ask for a detailed price breakdown in writing and ask WHAT can change? Typically the price can change if you add more areas to be painted and that is expected.
